Using Theatre with brief vignette of behaviours at Workplace allowed for participants to engage with emergent themes around Patriarchy, Stereotypes, Affinity Bias and Issues of Inclusion and Exclusion. Through reflections and with personal stories allowed for deep connect and exploration allowing for insights and commitment, to support newer meaning making, role taking and action taking.
